The menu I planned today is quite healthy but I doubt.

I did add a little healthy alternatives, like less sugar in French Toast, healthy granola for the parfait (I found a healthy recipe online hahaha) whole wheat spag for the pasta (Taste NOTHING like whole wheat lol)
Made it all this a.m. (for mom's bday) It was tiring! At least I didn't sweat much since it was early morning like 6am haha.
So Sleeepyyyy :| I'm gonna go eat somemore pasta :] For lunch. Hahaha.
Diets are off today :>
